Christmas Wreaths - with the Blue Star Moms, I am volunteering to place wreaths on the graves at Ft. Rosecrans in San Diego. My parents, Henry James Shankland and Dorothy Ann Gruel Shankland both served in the Army during WWII. Their marker is at Ft. Rosecrans. This event is being done through wreathsacrossamerica.org.
